Essential Concepts and Skills Development for Effective Co-Creation in Complex Change Processes

A capacity development program for those who lead sustainability initiatives and cross-institutional cooperation projects

Background
Collective Leadership for sustainability is the capacity of a group of leaders to contribute to a more sustainable future through assuming joint and flexible leadership in service of the common good. At the core of collective leadership is the human capacity to dialogue and transform differences into progress: it enables the transcendence of self-centered views - a pre-requisite to successfully addressing the challenges of globalization and sustainability. Course outline
Leveraging Collective Leadership for Sustainability is an experience-based leadership development course and focuses on understanding both the individual and the collective leadership contribution to sustainability initiatives and complex cooperation projects. It develops your competency to map your own developmental path as a leader and enhances your ability to successfully initiate and implement collective change processes.

Your benefit
Our program is designed to help you build your personal and strategic abilities in creating a culture of collective leadership for sustainability, in building commitment, fostering engagement and enhancing collective responsibility for change.

You will work on your specific leadership challenges, exchange experiences, consider real-life case-studies, be exposed to central aspects of a new leadership paradigm and design your personal leadership development path. It builds on the insight that leading in complex collaborative change processes requires attention to the quality of communication and the quality of relationships. The more these qualities are built on dialogue and humanity, the more likely they will lead to effective and sustainable co-creation.
