The stakeholder approach is a method that stimulates the emergence of productive dialogue. It strengthens the commitment of involved actors to common goals and is the basis for sustainability-oriented project management. You will be able to integrate your newly acquired competence for result-oriented dialogues into your strategic and operational requirements.
What is included in our tailor-made package?
Our tailor-made capacity building program on Stakeholder Dialogues is based on CLI's regular training course Working with Stakeholder Dialogues. For the tailor-made course, the program will be designed with a focus on project or country specific objectives.
This includes:
- a brief review and analysis of the specific project context
- planning of the capacity building program in close communication with the core team
- selected preparatory interviews with key participants (up to 8) and pre-questionnaires to all participants
- evaluation of interviews and a summarizing feedback to the core team
- implementation of the seminar with 2 facilitators
- a de-briefing with the core team on opportunities for follow-up on the application of the training by the participants as well as options for follow-on capacity building
- a short debriefing-report including a summary of pre-interview results, seminar- feedback and recommendations
