The Collective Leadership Institute designs tailor-made programs to help projects and initiatives meet specific development needs. Our programs can be tailored to the specific challenges your organization or projects faces and they aim to provide you with a professional coaching for a result-oriented planning and experience in Stakeholder Dialogue settings.

Integrated capacity building
The Collective Leadership Institute supports you to develop process designs for stakeholder consultation and cooperation processes, in which dialogues are a cornerstone for increasing the ownership and the likelihood of implementation of results and decisions taken. Good process architecture combines content-based and result-focused cross-sector cooperation and tailor-made capacity building for the implementation of Stakeholder Dialogues.

Web-based learning 
The Collective Leadership Institute has started to establish a practitioner network. The practitioner network serves as an international online-based exchange and support platform for capacity building in the area of cross-sector-cooperation and Stakeholder Dialogues. Based on our experience with more than 450 alumni, the platform will foster the exchange of expertise and experience between practitioners working with Stakeholder Dialogues covering a wide range of areas, such as good governance, water or the adaption to climate change. Furthermore, it will provide you with practical tools, e-learning modules, best practices and short movies about successful Stakeholder Dialogues.
