General terms and conditions
Registration
Registration for all Workshops offered by the Collective Leadership Institute shall be done in writing by way of our registration form. By submitting the registration form, the participant acknowledges the general terms and conditions. If the number of registrations surpasses the number of available places, applications will be processed in order of reception.
Cancellation and withdrawal
The participant may cancel his/her application by e-mail, fax, or mail.
If the Collective Leadership Institute receives the cancellation eight (8) calendar weeks before the beginning of the course, a cancellation fee of 30% of the course fee is due. Any workshop fees already paid will be refunded minus the cancellation fee. For any cancellations received thereafter, a cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop fee is due.
For any cancellations received less than four (4) weeks before the course begins, a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee shall be due.
Nonetheless, a suitable replacement participant may take the place of the withdrawing participant.
Non-participation of a particular faculty member does not imply nor entitle to a fee reduction.
Workshop Cancellation
The Collective Leadership Institute reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to an insufficient number of registrations. The Collective Leadership Institute is required to reimburse any and all fees already paid by participants. The Collective Leadership Institute will not be liable for any other costs incurred by participants as a result of the cancellation.
A participant is not entitled to a refund or reduction in course fees due to either a change in the Faculty or in the Agenda.
Liability
The Collective Leadership Institute is not responsible for any damages incurred by the participants during the course of the workshop, except in the case of negligence on the part of Collective Leadership Employees.
Supplements
Changes and supplements to this agreement must be made in written form.
