Inspired by what works
Social, economic and environmental sustainability requires a change in the human mindset. It also requires innovation, inventiveness, and, above all, people who are not only inspired by the potential of sustainability but who are willing to implement dialogic change at all levels of global society.
But it also requires that we acquire new competencies: the ability to bring about change collectively, on a broad scale. Success, consensus building and result orientation in cross-sector cooperation, Stakeholder Dialogues and Collective Leadership for sustainability require cross-sector skills development at four levels
- process competence
- system's awareness
- self awareness
- appropriate instruments and tools
The CLI works with concepts and instruments that enable actors to integrate these different levels and design change processes that create resonance and commitment.
