Professional success depends more and more on the ability to design innovative learning processes and to take responsibility for economic, social and ecological sustainability.

This trend is becoming increasingly popular not only in companies and NGOs, but also among young professionals. The great interest in our leadership development program YLS emphasizes this. Over 220 enthusiastic young professionals applied for the (funded) sustainability projects at consult iq, Ashoka Germany/Turkey and memo AG. The CLI has started the selection process and within the next weeks we will announce the final candidates for the YLS program 2012.

The Young Leaders for Sustainability program (YLS) builds young professionals’ and junior managers’ professional expertise with an innovative combination of training and practical experience. Current topics such as responsible business, sustainable development and globalization are addressed by the young leaders in their practical projects and are supported by our methodology for designing dialogic change processes. A series of trainings will help young leaders in their projects and support them in developing their leadership skills in complex situations.
