Supporting best practice exchange
Based on the long-standing experience in facilitating and teaching how to successfully work with Stakeholder Dialogues the Collective Leadership Institute sees the need to broaden the capacity building for initiating and facilitating Stakeholder Dialogues and provide practitioners with an interactive web-based learning and exchange platform supporting knowledge building, skills development and best practice exchange.
The web-based platform intends to practically demonstrate the potential of Stakeholder Dialogues and cross-sector collaboration for finding solutions to complex sustainability challenges and to sensitize practitioners for the success factors in Stakeholder Dialogues. It will establish and deepen practical knowledge with regard to building strategic abilities and skills in stakeholder engagement by providing essential tools for initiating, designing, implementing, assessing, leading and monitoring result-oriented Stakeholder Dialogues.
The interactive learning and exchange platform will assist everybody who is directly or indirectly involved in Stakeholder Dialogues. It will support ongoing and emerging Stakeholder Initiatives in their dialogue process as well as individual stakeholder who are planning to initiate or facilitate a Stakeholder Dialogue.
